Council of Canadians Chapter Information Meeting

  • 13 Jul 2019
  • 10:30 AM

Do you want to help make a better Canada? Are you looking for ways to protect local lakes, rivers and drinking water sources, take action on climate change, support good green jobs and fair trade, protect and expand public health care and promote healthy democratic engagement?

Your neighbors are organizing a Council of Canadians chapter in Bobcaygeon and the surrounding area to respond to these issues and more.

I invite you to join with them and John Cartwright, the Council of Canadians' new Chairperson, next Saturday, July 13. We're getting together to talk about what the Council does nationally as well as the local issues you care about. You can take your interest in social justice issues to the next level! I hope you’ll join us in this important next step.
