And the excitement doesn’t stop there! The big race takes place the next day, giving you the chance to experience the thrill of performance boating in action.
Performance Boat Club Canada is a not-for-profit organization committed to safe, responsible performance boating through education, awareness and organized events — all while giving back to local causes. One of their signature events is the Kawartha Lakes Fun Run, which is based right here in Bobcaygeon. In 2024, the Fun Run raised $15,000 for Kawartha Spirit of Christmas, and since 2007, the Club has proudly raised over $1,000,000 for charities.
